15 Ways to Keep your New Years Resolution All Year

by Heidi @ Food Doodles on

Since we’re already two weeks into the new year I thought I should have a little post about resolutions.  I’m a big believer in the saying “failing to plan is planning to fail” and it especially applies to changing to a more unprocessed diet or making any healthy changes.   Even though it doesn’t matter when you start I know a lot of people start on New Years!  Everyone has to start sometime, and you certainly don’t need to start “next Monday”, you should start as soon as you can!  But no matter where you are, if you just started on your road to a healthier lifestyle or diet or if you’ve been working at it for a while, make plans to stick with it! 🙂

To help you get started, I’ve collected a few of my go to healthy, unprocessed recipes using Foodie.com.  Foodie can be an amazing tool to collect and plan out your recipes, if you’re looking for a nice visual way to organize your recipes(healthy or not!) I recommend checking out Foodie.

If you can’t view the collection, click here to visit it on Foodie.com
