I think everyone needs a few good cookie recipes in their life – it’s all about moderation right? These sound amazing, I love the addition of coconut!

I do the same thing – I have my Holiday Cookies & my everyday cookies like chocolate chip seperated in my own mind :) These cookies sound so wholesome!

Ha! I decided to do a lot of baking for Christmas this year and as I was going through my recipes, I was thinking things like, “Well, no, that’s not a Christmas cookie, that’s an everyday cookie” or “Hmm, is regular mint good for Christmas if it’s not candy cane?” So I totally get it. :) But I would gladly eat these for Christmas! Or everyday!

Why in the world would you think that cookies weren’t right for you to post?! Of course they are! Just healthify them (or not) and everyone will be super happy and squeal with glee. I swear.

    We want more cookies! :D
