Since we’re already two weeks into the new year I thought I should have a little post about resolutions. I’m a big believer in the saying “failing to plan is planning to fail” and it especially applies to changing to a more unprocessed diet or making any healthy changes. Even though it doesn’t matter when you start I know a lot of people start on New Years! Everyone has to start sometime, and you certainly don’t need to start “next Monday”, you should start as soon as you can! But no matter where you are, if you just started on your road to a healthier lifestyle or diet or if you’ve been working at it for a while, make plans to stick with it! 🙂
