One last lunchbox inspiration post for the year! Let’s get right into it. On Monday I sent a thermos of a pasta bake I made the night before with whole wheat pasta, meaty tomato sauce and cheese 🙂 And for snack I sent a kiwi and a half and some trail mix I threw together with sunflower seeds, raisins and pecans.
Tuesday I sent cheese and crackers, with a little extra whole wheat pasta on the side to snack on, a mandarin orange, half a green apple and few dates 🙂
Wednesday I sent a thermos with butter chicken (I used chicken in this awesome “butter” cauliflower recipe) and rice and an apple with peanut butter for a snack.
Thursday I sent an apple, a mandarin orange, coconut flakes and a few graham crackers.
And Friday I sent cheese and crackers again (can you tell I need a break? 🙂 ) a little homemade venison pepperoni and a mandarin orange. That’s all for the week! Have a great winter break!
