I’m back with yet another lunchbox inspiration post! I’m a little behind this week, but anyways… Here we go! On Monday I sent a Thermos with leftover chicken soup with dumplings. I made some nice bone broth and made some soup with it. I even threw in a large bunch of kale finely chopped. It was delicious! I sent a cut up orange and a homemade granola bar too 🙂
On Tuesday I sent a half an apple cut up, some red grapes along with some crackers and cheese.
On Wednesday I sent apples and peanut butter, some trail mix, a homemade granola bar and some fresh pineapple.
And on Thursday, which was the last day of last week I sent some leftover healthy homemade chicken nuggets, a cut up green apple, some carrots with dip and another homemade granola bar to round it out.
