Strawberry Green Smoothie

Yield: 2 small servings or 1 large serving
  • 1 large banana, fresh or frozen
  • ½ C fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 heaping cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¾ C plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 large handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • almond milk to blend(approximately 1½ C)
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth. Check for sweetness and add a little honey, or your favorite sweetener, if needed. Enjoy!
I only like to use about half frozen fruit so if you only have frozen strawberries, consider using a fresh banana for easier blending. If all you have is frozen fruit, consider adding more almond milk :)
