Lunchbox Inspiration Week 8

This week I thought I’d start with the cutest first 🙂  This was Fridays lunch, just a bit of plain Greek yogurt with a touch of honey and some frozen raspberries and blueberries and some homemade coconut granola to go on top, plus a fun mandarin orange.  I knew they’d be getting some treats so this lunch was a little smaller than usual.


Monday was cheese and crackers, some red and green grapes, some orange sections, an apple pie larabar bite(recipe coming soon!) and a container of fresh pineapple.


Tuesday was some red pepper and carrot sticks, red grapes, an energy bite, a spelt and oat banana muffin(I put these in the freezer before they were cool, thus the squished chocolate chips on top 🙂 ) and a mandarin orange.



Wednesday was a salad with a small container of their dressing of choice.  I like to make my dressings from scratch but I do keep a couple store bought on hand for small amounts like this.  I also sent another spelt and oat banana muffin since they liked them so much and a cut up apple.


And on Thursday I sent a container of fresh pineapple and grapes, a bag of air popped popcorn with a little butter and salt and a couple Ryvita Fruit and Seed Crunch crackers with peanut butter on them.  Ryvita has no idea who I am, I just like their crackers because they’re a good somewhat unprocessed option and my kids love that particular kind, especially with peanut butter 🙂  I like to use natural peanut butter, but it is a bit of a mess when sent in a lunch so I pick the best option of the more processed varieties.  That’s all for this week, have a great week everyone!
