1cupunsweetened almond milkplus more to blend if necessary
1large frozen bananachopped
dash vanillaoptional
Instructions
If using harder dates, roughly chop, cover with almond milk and let sit 20-30 minutes before blending.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until as smooth as possible(there will still be some small date pieces left).
Serve immediately.
Notes
Vanilla is optional, I like to use a vanilla unsweetened almond milk(omit the maple syrup) but if you use a plain almond milk, add a touch of vanilla if you'd like.
