Vegan Dark Chocolate Fudgsicles

  • 3 small avocados
  • 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 C - 3/4 C pure maple syrup
  • dash vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 C plain almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in a little almond milk


  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the stone and scoop the fruit out with a spoon. Place in a blender or food processor. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender with the avocado and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicles molds and freeze until solid. Run under warm water to loosen from the molds and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You'll notice that you can add as much pure maple syrup as you like to these. I used just under 3/4 C and they are absolutely perfect in my opinion, but if you'd like them less sweet you can try slightly less. Just be sure to taste test before freezing, they should be slightly sweeter than you'd like them to be when frozen.
