Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. With a hand blender whip the cream cheese until soft. Add all the other ingredients and beat until smooth.
  2. With a food processor simply add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Frost cupcakes or cake just before serving as this frosting should be kept in the fridge.
