In a large mixing bowl, mix together the seasoning (garlic powder through salt).
Mix in the meat with wet hands, being careful not to overwork the meat or it will be tough.
Form 2-ounce patties, each about 2.5 inches in diameter.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 °F (190 °C).
Place the patties in the air fryer in one layer, making sure they're not touching.
Cook for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for 4-6 more minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Cool leftovers and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
