Greek Salad Dressing

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic


  1. Blend all ingredients together. If you don't have a blender, simply stir together being sure to mince or press the garlic through a garlic press.

Recipe Notes

1-2 tbsp of a good Greek seasoning can be substituted for the oregano and basil, just be aware a lot of seasoning blends contain added salt and sugar so adjust the recipe accordingly.
