Ingredients
1cup(250 ml) milk + an additional 1/4 cup if needed
1 1/2cups(213 grams) fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries, defrosted
1 1/2cupsvanilla ice cream
1-2tablespoonsmaple syrup (for vegan) or honey
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Blend everything until smooth. Add more milk, if needed. Note that if you use fresh blueberries, it gets weirdly gelatinous if it sits for too long after blending. If you use frozen blueberries, it's kind of gritty at first but once the blueberries thaw, the milkshake is smooth. You can defrost the blueberries first to avoid that.
