  • ½ cup (!20 grams) coconut yogurt, coconut milk, or coconut water (or regular milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup banana slices fresh or frozen


  1. To a blender, add the ingredients in the order listed. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
