2-3frozen, skinless chicken breasts (whatever will fit in your air fryer in one layer)
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonhot or smoked paprika
1/2teaspoongranulated garlic
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Spray or rub each chicken breast with oil and season each side with seasoning.
Preheat the air fryer to 360 ºF (180 ºC).
Put the chicken breast in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes (see below for baking times based on chicken thickness), flip, and cook for another 5-15 minutes or until you have an internal temp of of 165 (74 ºC).
Keep these air fryer chicken breasts stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. To reheat just place them back into the air fryer at 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
