Strawberry Green Smoothie

  • 1 large banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (use coconut milk yogurt for paleo / vegan)
  • 1-2 large handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • almond milk to blend (or whatever milk you want) approximately 1 1/2 cups


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth. Check for sweetness and add a little honey, or your favorite sweetener, if needed. Enjoy!


I only like to use about half frozen fruit so if you only have frozen strawberries, consider using a fresh banana for easier blending. If all you have is frozen fruit, consider adding more almond milk :)
