This air fryer frozen broccoli is the easiest side dish! Just toss it with a little olive oil, garlic, and salt, then let the air fryer do its magic. In under 15 minutes, you’ll have perfectly roasted broccoli.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the frozen broccoli with olive oil, salt, and garlic.
Spread the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until slightly browned.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
This broccoli is best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 °F (175 °C) for 3-4 minutes to crisp it back up.
