This air fryer frozen broccoli is the easiest side dish! Just toss it with a little olive oil, garlic, and salt, then let the air fryer do its magic. In under 15 minutes, you’ll have perfectly roasted broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the frozen broccoli with olive oil, salt, and garlic.
  • Spread the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until slightly browned.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
  • This broccoli is best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 °F (175 °C) for 3-4 minutes to crisp it back up.
