So today I have a super quick recipe for you. First of all, making your own whipped cream is super easy to do. Even if you don’t have an immersion blender it’s so easy to make with a hand mixer or a stand mixer if you have one. But, did you know that an immersion blender makes whipped cream even faster? I love this trick so much, you can literally have whipped cream in about 30 seconds. I made this version with honey, but you can of course use powdered sugar.
This is one trick you definitely want to keep in mind. You never know when a little bit of whipped cream would be perfect and now you barely even have to wait for it. 30 Second Honey Whipped Cream
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons honey or 1/4 C powdered sugar
- Place all ingredients in the cup of your immersion blender.
- Starting at the bottom, blend with the immersion blender while moving the immersion blender up and down, incorporating as much air as possible until as whipped as desired. Be very careful not to blend too much as it whips very quickly.
