The absolute fastest way to make delicious, fluffy homemade whipped cream with honey or powdered sugar.

So today I have a super quick recipe for you.  First of all, making your own whipped cream is super easy to do.  Even if you don’t have an immersion blender it’s so easy to make with a hand mixer or a stand mixer if you have one.  But, did you know that an immersion blender makes whipped cream even faster?  I love this trick so much, you can literally have whipped cream in about 30 seconds.  I made this version with honey, but you can of course use powdered sugar.

This is one trick you definitely want to keep in mind.  You never know when a little bit of whipped cream would be perfect and now you barely even have to wait for it.  It can be done in just a couple minutes, including assembling your ingredients.  Perfect! If you need a sugar-free version, try this sugar-free whipped cream.

Chocolate Crepes

Honey Ginger Apple Crisp

Chocolate Covered No-Bake Strawberry Pie

Or in these incredible Cream Puffs

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons honey or 1/4 C powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the cup of your immersion blender.

That is fast. How do you keep it from getting watery later?

I don’t usually do anything, but with three kids whipped cream doesn’t last long enough to get watery! Hehe. The beauty of this recipe is that you can scale it down and just make as much as you need but if you plan on having extras you can try adding a little cornstarch, since the cornstarch in powdered sugar is usually what helps the cream stay stable.
